2X rotary vane vacuum pump is a double stage vacuum pump which is composed of high pressure and low pressure stages. There’s eccentric gear, rotor and vane in slot of rotor. The rotating rotor drive the vane, which is stick to pump cavity wall tightly, to separate the inlet chamber and exhaust chamber. Thus to suck air from vacuum tank into inlet chamber of pump, and to exhaust the air to outlet by compressing the cavity of outlet chamber periodically.
Compared with similar products, this vacuum pump consumes less power, gains high vacuum, and has the advantages of low noise, good appearance and less weight. The motor and pump are fixed on the chassis with screw plate.
